Your Most Common Skincare Problems, Solved

We would love to live in a world where blemishes doesn’t exists, where tired eyes don’t bother us because we do get enough beauty sleep every night, where we are completely free of wrinkles and excessive oil. Unfortunately, that just doesn’t exist, but with these products, we can pretty much come close.

  1. Tired eyes and under eye bags

While a lack of snooze is the most widely known cause or under eye bags, there are other contributing factors that may result in those under eyes. For instance, rubbing and tugging at the delicate areas around your eyes.

YOUTH is carefully formulated with 100% Certified Organic rosehip oil which provides vital nutrients to promote radiant, healthy looking skin, this natural elixir has also been known to help soothe skin conditions and slow ageing. If you do not know yet, rosehip oil is highly raved by supermodels to achieve their radiant glowing skin.

EMK Radical Repair Eye Cream

This is a bit pricier, but after 2 months of using it, I found that it does make my under eye circles less prominent, especially under harsh lighting. The Radical Repair Eye Cream contains bio-identical plant lacental extract, hyaluronic acid and anti-ageing peptides that boost and protect healthy collagen to moisturise the eyes and fill the lines and wrinkles around them.

2. Brown spots

Anyone who has spent a lot of time in the sun is no stranger to getting dark spots. As I mentioned in my previous post, brown spots are commonly caused by the sun – think of it as your skin talking to you, and telling you that it has had too much exposure. Time to reapply that SPF!

Sunblock SPF70 S7.1_Front

Sloane Inc Sunblock SPF 70

What I love about this product is that it offers very high SPF (SPF 70) and it’s also perspiration-proof, so it’s especially perfect for weekends when want to spend the whole day out without reapplying. I find the formula easy to use under foundation as well, considering that it has high SPF, this is a big plus!

For a cheaper alternative, I also use The Face Shop Power Long-lasting Sun Cream SPF45 on weekdays. This works just as well as I spend a lot of time indoors for work. I feel that I should save my SPF70 for the weekends!

3. Oil spill

For those of us blessed (0r cursed) with oily skin, summer time can be a tad difficult because the warmer weathers tend to clog up pores even more, which results in blemishes being formed. I like using products with salicylic acid at least three times a week. I find that it helps to dry out my existing blemishes and also prevent future ones from coming.

For those seeking a stronger formula, Skin Rescue is ideal for oil absorbing, anti- inflammatory & pigment-preventing properties.

4. Fine lines and wrinkles

Unfortunately, lines and wrinkles does not only concern the aged among us, but they sometimes creep up way earlier than you expect. This may happen when you over-stimulate your skin. Do not over-exfoliate your skin, and stick to exfoliating it only once or twice per week.

For those who needs something to minimise your wrinkles. try Age Defy. This goodie targets wrinkles, hydrates intensively, and improves skin’s overall radiance.
